At POGO MALL, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

  • For health and hygiene reasons (skincare and supplements), we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or the protective seal has been tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used.

  • Items purchased on a “Final Sale” or during a specific promotional event (unless defective).

  • Gift cards.

How to Start a Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through one of the following methods within 3-5 business days:

  • Bank Transfer

  • EasyPaisa

  • JazzCash

  • Original method of payment (if applicable)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (like TCS, Leopards, or Trax) as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
