2.2 Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 3-6 business days, depending on your location.
2.3 Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than the standard timeframe.

3. Payment and Dispatch

3.1 Orders will be dispatched once full payment has been received and verified.
3.2 For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp.
4.2 Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on Leopards our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Address

5.1 Ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
5.2 POGO Mall will not be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Failed Deliveries

6.1 If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6.2 After three failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

7.1 If your package is damaged or items are missing upon delivery, please contact our support team immediately.
7.2 Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 12 hours of receiving the order.

8. International Deliveries

8.1 Currently, POGO Mall only offers delivery within Pakistan. International shipping will be announced soon.
